My Costa Rica books were inspired from the stories I used to tell my guests on horseback tours. They loved hearing about my quirky life in Costa Rica, the local customs, and the "you can't make this shit up" things that I dealt with on a daily basis. I decided I'd better write them all down before I got too old and forgot, LOL.

A new book I'm calling "Forgiving My Mother" Two Generations of Childhood Sexual Abuse". It's a difficult book, emotionally, as it's non-fiction. My grandfather (now deceased) was a pedophile. His actions profoundly affected the lives of all the women in my family, back in the 50's, before the subject was ever discussed publicly.
