I really LOVED all your books. I just finished Never Let You Go, which I thought was amazing! When do you think you will come out with another book?

How did you get the motivation to write something like Still Missing? Your writing was filled was so much detail and emotion, it was like you were Annie herself. Is there any inner or personal connection between Annie and yourself?
Chevy Stevens At that time in my life I felt a connection with Annie, yes. But now I am in my late forties and I have a family.

This book is sensational from start to the very last word. I couldnt put this book down. I'm not really a crime reader but this book had me guessing all the way along. I was so sad that the book was finishing towards the end that i delayed reading as I knew to find another book like this again was going to be a tough job. I was guessing all the way to the end and felt the ending didnt finish abruptly - thank you ?

I just finished reading "That Night". Would like to know if you would/are considering a sequel? Would LOVE to hear how Toni & Ryan's relationship ended up.
Chevy Stevens No sequel in mind at the moment. I think they have had enough to deal with. I like to think that they are happy!

If you could travel to any fictional book world, where would you go and what would you do there?
Chevy Stevens I don't know! Some sort of fantasy world, but one where everyone is nice and I won't get eaten by a dragon.

What books are on your summer reading list this year?
Chevy Stevens I have not been reading much because I have been finishing a book but I love romances and memoirs.

Chevy Stevens Hmmm. Good question. Married to Gary and traveling the world.

Hi!!! I've been getting some of your books from my local Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped. But that can be a bit of a pain because of the cartridges they come in. LUCKILY none of your audio books come in read by bad readers... But do you know how the app Libby goes about acquiring books? Because I'd love to have more/better access to your books! Even my public Lib can't find you... :(

Chevy Stevens when is this Book going to become the next Biggest movie at Theaters I loved That Night so much I have read it many time and ordered a second book. This book sucked me in and I played it in my head as I read each Line. Now let me say this I am not a huge book reader due to a reading disability but, this book had me on the edge of my seat had to know who killed her and when I found out I was Floored?

What age would you say your books are written for?
Chevy Stevens Adults, maybe older teenager if the parent approves, but they are definitely dark

Oh my gosh Chevy, I am delighted that we are friends! I live in Vancouver, B.C. so we are fellow Canadians. I am intrigued about your inspiration for Still Missing. As an avid reader of true crime stories could Still Missing be one of them? What also fascinates me is how does one go about establishing themselves as an author and finds an agent or publisher to get started in your career?
Chevy Stevens STILL MISSING is fiction. I have more information about the inspiration on my website. It takes a lot to become an author. Too many steps for me to describe on here, but if you go to my website I have a FAQ page and there is lots of great information on the Internet. That's how I learned.

I just read Never Let You Go and really enjoyed it a lot. Especially how you showed both Lindsay and Sophie's points of view. What kind of research did you do for this book?
Chevy Stevens Hello. I did a lot of online research and talked at length with a friend who is a therapist. I also spoke often to an RCMP officer.

Chevy Stevens I'm reading NEVERWHERE right now and enjoying it.

Chevy Stevens That's a really hard one! I don't actually read my own genre a lot.

On your website you state: "STILL MISSING, NEVER KNOWING, and ALWAYS WATCHING are linked, but you could also read them on their own." I was wondering how are they linked?
Chevy Stevens In the first two books, both main characters are talking to a therapist, Nadine, who never talks. The third book is Nadine's story.

I just found this book, haven't read it yet but I see that you are from Vancouver Island, did your idea come from the realtor who was killed during a home showing?
Chevy Stevens No, it did not. I started this book a long time before that and it was based on my own fears when I was a real estate agent.

One, I love the name. :) Two: What was the inspiration behind "Those Girls" and "That Night", which I am currently reading? I loved the book and really couldn't put it down. I wonder whatever happened to "Brian". I made me so nervous while I was reading... in fact, I felt all sorts of emotion... almost like I was right with them... or watching the movie.
