Apparently the co. that has the rights is moving slowly because of the virus. I was told Spring 2021. You know that at zunior.com I personally spoke in a few! Priest, Sabbath, BOC, Max Webster... plus some short docs.

With me, it's pretty mundane. Who have I interviewed enough times personally to do a book on. Plus, I better love their music. Or a new sorta wrinkle... writing on this band makes me have a big (insert band name here)Fest, namely, I'm going to explore this catalogue fully, but not just as a fan... I'm gonna get something done with it at the same time, i.e. have a book fall out if it.

Just start, and edit later - just go! A Painter paints, and all that. Plus, for non-fiction folks like me, write about what you are an expert in, combined with what you love, which hopefully are the same thing. Just loving something doesn't mean you have anything to contribute.

As I get old as dirt, I've come to the realization I better darn well work between 8 AM and 11 AM on the hardest part, i.e. the pure writing, or I can forget it. So yes, the precise correct hours plus coffee. Plus the deeper part about being inspired by the above... the more I appreciate that the window is small and contracting probably, that's enough inspiration.
