Yes and no. There was initially a plan for it (which is why Stolen Hearts has a "Book 1" moniker). I bet you can even guess who it would/will be focused on. That said, it's not written yet, and I'm not sure when I'll have the chance. (Story of my life, ffs.) I am hoping to get to it in the next few years (I know! I know! That's *ages*.), but I can't make any guarantees. (Sorry!)

Oh my goodness, I'm so sorry that I never answered this question! (GR never let me know it was here! /scowl)
But the answer to that is a firm 'maybe', because I definitely had that thought in mind when I was writing Battle of Will. ^^ He'd be fun to play with, since he's been one of the few magicians in a country that was hostile magic, and is now opening up more to magic... So a very strong 'maybe if I can ever get my plate clear enough for it'. Which uh, isn't a very helpful answer, to be fair. Sorry (again... can you tell I grew up not far from the Canadian border? ;3)
