Hi Signe, I just waned to say that the Lost Queen has become one of my favorite books of all time. Thank you so much for all of the hard work and research that you put into writing this book! I am of UK background so it was a fascinating read. Are you planning on writing about other UK legends?

I'm not sure what's yet to come as I've got my hands full with Arthur at the moment, but I know the people and stories of the UK will always draw me. It's such a wonderful place and so rich with stories.

How many books will there be in the Lost Queen Series? I see that it is no longer a trilogy.

Thanks for writing. The Lost Queen Trilogy is now a series! The third book is coming September of 2024, with a fourth book to follow, though there's no publication date for that one quite yet. I hope you'll stay tuned!

Thank you for writing a woman's story that does not end with childbirth! I am very excited about book 3, is there any chance you could give us a hint at the title?

Signe Pike Hi Erika, I'm so glad you enjoyed it. Hmmm.... any ideas on title? If so, I'm all ears. We're all here scratching our heads. Just kidding. Kind of. I do have a pretty long list, but would like to step away from the "Lost" and "Forgotten" theme, so title for book III has proved a challenge. I'm turning in the manuscript soon, so will hopefully be sharing cover and title within the next six months, in advance of it's September 2024 publication date!

I finished "The Lost Queen" a few weeks ago, and loved it. I haven't read such an in-depth story in so long. I'm getting ready for Book 2, but while I wait for it. How long did it take you to research a historical figure who's still pretty unknown or not talked about? How much of the book was faithful to your finding and how much was a product of your imagination? Thank you

Signe Pike Hi Viviana - These are wonderful questions, thank you. I think I touch on all of them in the author's note at the back of THE LOST QUEEN. (Especially in regard to which areas I took license with.) All in all, I've been researching Celtic history for nearly 14 years now, and THE LOST QUEEN took me six years to research and write. I hope you'll enjoy continuing the journey in THE FORGOTTEN KINGDOM! (And there's another lengthy author's note that follows that book too).

Hello! Is there a place, or can you recommend any books/audiobooks along the same vein as The Lost Queen Trilogy? You know...kings, queens, castles, kingdoms, death, betrayal, forbidden love? Maybe a little mystical powers? Not all those examples have to be met of course! Thank you!

Signe Pike I imagine you've already discovered The Mists of Avalon? If you are open to something set in the time of the Jacobites, I adore the work of Susanna Kearsley.

Will there be another book in the series?

Signe Pike Hello Eyal -- there are two more books coming in the series. Book Three will go on sale September of 2023, which will be the conclusion of the stories of these characters, but a prequel will follow that focuses on Elufed and perhaps even Ariane. We will all have to see what unfolds....

I absolutely loved this book and have ordered the second in the trilogy. I am Scottish and was clueless about this part of our history. Thank goodness for authors like yourself who bring it to our attention through your wonderful book. You managed to weave historical facts and fiction so effortlessly together. When do you expect the final book in the trilogy to be released? I hope the tv series doesn’t delay it.

Signe Pike Hello, Rachel - I'm happy to say yes - there are two more books coming in THE LOST QUEEN trilogy. Book 2 will be out next September. Angharad and Elufed are both women mentioned in the texts.
