As of June 2019, I'm working on two books. One is a follow-up to Fenelon's book--The Seeking Heart. Mine will be entitled: The Resting Heart. It will deal with the fact that many Christians are ever seeking and rarely finding despite Christ's invitation to "seek and you will find." Once we "find," we should be at rest and cease our striving.
My second book is another memoir. I am not sure if I will tackle my ministry life or my writing life. Or perhaps entwine them since they overlap as vocations.

I love seeing people informed and positively changed. I also enjoy the entire process, not only creating and writing, but editing, designing my covers, and interacting with editors and readers. It's a wonderful, remarkable vocation [I don't consider it a job].

I have published two books and written two others still in different stages of the publishing process. Fortunately, writer's block has not yet been a problem for me.
At this stage of my vocation, I have the opposite problem: too many ideas and outlines and not enough time and energy. Caring for my wife—who has stage-four lung cancer in both lungs, and severe, advanced rheumatoid arthritis—is my top priority during this season of our 41st year of marriage. She's my treasure.
