M.L. Hamilton Terry, wow! Thank you so very much. This is motivating to hear. Pirates is next on the list of books I'll be writing. I'm hoping to have it out in early 2022. Again, thank you!
M.L. Hamilton This is an interesting question. The case I used for Murder on Potrero Hill is based off an event in my own life. What? Well, you'll have to read the book to find out. ;)
M.L. Hamilton Such a good question. I am fighting writer's block right now. I'm nearly finished with my next book, but I took a break from writing it to study Shakespeare in London for two weeks. I didn't have time to write in London and I've gotten off track. I'm having a difficult time getting myself focused again.

For me, it's just time. I need to immerse myself in my writing and Peyton needs to start speaking in my ear again.
M.L. Hamilton I am working on the second book in my Peyton Brooks, FBI series. I'm nearly 3/4th of the way done. Now I'm just pulling all the threads together to end it.
M.L. Hamilton Reading for pleasure is a great inspiration to me because it makes me want to write myself. Very strongly written television shows can also spark inspiration. Right now, I'm addicted to Sherlock, so that is motivating me to write.

However, the biggest inspiration is my fans, who want the next book in the series.
M.L. Hamilton My latest book is a continuation of my series, so part of it was planned before I started writing. The crime itself is a version of a real crime I researched.
