(view spoiler)[I love your series! I’ve read and reread all of the Lissaverse so many times. But if I’m understanding correctly, Cassie and Zarigar are mates. What I’m confused about is that Cassie is Zaria’s sibling while Zarigar is Zaria’s son. Is this incest or is it different because while Breanne is kinda (?) Cassie’s mother, she’s not technically her biological mother? I’m just really confused on the relationship here. (hide spoiler)]

That’s a very good question, and here’s the answer. Every Larentii child begins as a complete embryo within the father. An egg is not required of the mother, who is basically a surrogate for the child. None of the mother’s DNA is given to the child, so technically, while she is the birth mother they are not blood relatives. Does that help you sort the relationship?

I had a discussion with Lissa, who says that while it is technically possible for her to disguise herself as something other than herself, the animal itself is not within her so it wouldn’t be an authentic shift. I hope that makes sense in some way, because I’m still trying to sort it out myself, lol

There will be sequels (plural). Also, Wraith Zone is a sort of companion book to The Singularity, since both Jay and Skye are the main characters. As of now, Hexagon, in which Jay embarks on his music career as well as solving crimes through the Alliances with his band mates, will be the first. Then will come more books involving other Lotuses in the CG worlds. Look for Third Family and Sacred Exile, in addition to others. Hope that helps. The good news is that Wraith Zone is going through edits now and should be published soon 😊

Hi, Stacy!
While I wrote The Singularity to mostly stand on its own, if you’re interested in reading about Skye, check out The Seer. If you want to know more about Philomena (Phil) then read The Dragon and Mrs. Muir. For Rae-Rae’s story, read The Lotus:Black Skies and The Lotus:Storm Warning. The order I wrote them is this: The Dragon and Mrs. Muir, The Lotus (both books), The Seer and The Singularity. Hope that helps 😊

On my website (subtledemon.com) there is a recommended reading order list. Also, if you’re on Facebook, there is plenty of help from other readers in a group called Ri’Kita. Hope that helps!

I'm hoping to have the book ready by the end of this month, barring unforeseen difficulties. If the series works out like I want it to, then six books in the series, at least :)

Since you mentioned Griffin, you’re getting a spoiler from Black Zone, and you’re the only one who will have this info 😊 he, as the Eye, and the Ear (of the shining ones) are both in this book. I can’t give out names, that would really be a spoiler! I’m working on the last few chapters now, and I hope you enjoy the final product. Happy Tuesday!

Raven, Red has absolutely no connections, and will not have any connections. I have another book series waiting to be written that also has nothing to do with any of that. Black Rose Sorceress also has no connections. I am tying up loose ends and working on those things, but I still have readers asking for more of their favorites. I am trying my best to make everyone happy, but obviously I haven't done enough. For this, I apologize and I promise to work harder to move things along--Connie

I'm currently reading Sapphire Flames by Ilona Andrews. I love the way they write!

Hi, Mica.
Quin and Justis' daughter is named Jerra, and she has red wings. As for Liron, his wings are brown tipped in red (Zaria wanted him to have both parents' designations). I'll have to consider whose child will come next, but if Bel Erland's heir does have wings, I believe he'll be strong enough power-wise to hide them when they appear at nine years of age :)

Blood Recall is currently in the post-production stage. If all goes well, the audio book should be available within the next month :)

If I can put the funding together, those will be the first ones produced. Right now, there's no money in the budget for it, but I keep hoping that will change. Thanks for writing--hope your day is a good one!

New characters will be added--I have some written on "Black Zone," book 2 of the future wars series. Definitely a new character or two will show up there :) Currently working on MindMaster, book 4 of the BlackWing Pirates series. A third book (in a new series) call Raven, Red, is in the beginning stages, but it may not be connected to the Lissaverse. Thanks for writing, and happy Sunday!

Hi, Mica!
That's a great question! I used to tell people (who asked if there were going to be more books in Lissa's series after I ended it at 10 books) that I had no plans at the time, but if an idea hit me, I'd add to the series. I haven't closed or locked the door completely on either Reah's or Quinn's series, but right now, no new ideas have popped into my head. And, as with Lissa's series (which now has 12 books instead of 10), if an idea comes, I will surely write it. Hope that helps!

Right now there are no plans, but that doesn't mean it can't happen :)

I hope to get it out this year, if I can find the budget to produce it :)
Connie Suttle
Hi, Kimi--it should be there now. Apparently there was a short delay, I have no idea why. Happy reading!
