At the moment...? Probably Daevabad, from S.A. Chakraborty's THE CITY OF BRASS and THE KINGDOM OF COPPER. I have no idea what I would do there, but I just find her whole world so fascinating and immersive. Some of the richest, most riveting, fantasy I've read in years!

I was born prematurely, so I've always wondered if I would've turned out to be a completely different person had I gone full-term. I think it could make for a really twisted bit of speculative fiction.
