Very pertinent question faced by most writers due to the ebb and flow of the writing process and life. Some standard recommended ideas are changing your environment, reading more, establishing a routine, pushing ahead no matter what or gamifying the challenge. Others advocate embracing imperfection- not to get to caught up in the chiselling of it all, freewriting, discussing with fellow writers or like minded people and taking care of oneself. According to me, as Polonius said to Laertes, to thine own self be true. In simple words do what works for you, period.
