Amy Lignor I am so sorry for the delay, Robert. I was just told yesterday that I was going to be a Grandma for the first time...so the computer was off. LOL.

There is a site called The Feathered Quill that I work for - doing reviews for them and judging their competitions. The owner's name is Ellen and if you want to go on their site, look it over, and send her a message, she is a great person whose site definitely provides writers a "leap" in the review department. And they may just be sent to me. :)

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?

Amy Lignor I am beginning a new book with Suspense Publishing, and the idea came from an old picture I found of my hometown. An entire crime story built inside my mind after seeing that pic - and I am really excited about beginning it!

How do you get inspired to write?

Amy Lignor The ideas can come from nowhere. A lot of times they come to me when I'm sleeping or if I'm concentrating on something else. It is extremely cool when a story comes together in your mind, and you are immediately inspired to boot up that computer and begin!

What’s your advice for aspiring writers?

Amy Lignor DO NOT GIVE UP. Rejection letters, other peoples' opinions, a pat on the shoulder and a smile delivered with: "Well, it's a nice hobby, dear." None of that means anything. If you're born to write, you are born to write!!!
