Great question. I suppose that's how it came out. Perhaps what I was reading at the time had an influence. Ultimately, I wrote what I was seeing in my head. For the Red Mountain series, in particular, I didn't hold back or filter for any purposes. I've never had a problem with sex in novels. Of course, more development of character is always a good thing! If it was too much sex, I think my latest, An Unfinished Story, might be a better read for you. Thanks for asking.

My latest is the story of four wonderfully colorful characters living in a tiny wine growing region in Washington State called Red Mountain. I happen to live on Red Mountain, and the people here are so interesting that the ideas never stop coming. It feels like living in a Woody Allen film.
