My imagination is always in overdrive. Writing helps to get it out of my head so I can do things like grocery shop, lol. I am not inspired as much as compelled. Also, my sister, Robin James, and the author Mike Stagg are amazingly consistent writers. They keep me typing on days I don't feel it!

I just keep writing. I was a journalist in my career and there is no time for writer's block. Missing a deadline isn't allowed! If I get stuck I pick up another project for a few hours to jiggle things loose!
