Life. Every day inspires me. I'll be out to dinner chatting with a group of friends and a story will creep inside our conversation. Dialogue shoots around my brain, and I am suddenly setting up scenes. It's actually quite distracting at times, but I love when a great idea comes my way.

By moving away from the computer and finding a creative space. I'll go for a walk, do some yoga poses...anything that brings me back to my center and allows for easier flow. And, if that doesn't work, I consider that today's just not the day to write. Be kind to yourself. It's a process.
