OMG - this is such a hard question, because there are so many amazing fictional worlds I'd be interested in visiting if I could.

I woke up to realize I was not alone, no longer could I escape the all encompassing feeling of constantly being watched, stalked, preyed upon as my energy was depleted to the point of sheer exhaustion. I smiled at myself wryly in the mirror and said, "Welcome to motherhood..."

So far, I'm not sure I have dealt with writer's block well. Eventually though, I just have to keep writing and make my way through it as best as I can.

Just do it! Don't let anyone discourage you from writing. Even if you start off with a only a sentence, turn it into a poem, a paragraph, a short story, and then make it into a novella or novel. Start small if you have to, but start somewhere and then keep going!
