S.R. Ford Just write. Write for yourself. It doesn't have to be good or well organized at first. Worry about getting in the habit of writing no matter what and knowing that you are writing for yourself and because you love to tell stories. Then get in the habit of plotting things out and getting to know your characters intimately. With these skills tucked away in your utility belt you will be able to overcome every other challenge ahead with relative ease.
S.R. Ford The best thing about being a writer is being able to tell stories. I can fun stories, short stories, long stories, sad stories, bad stories, whatever kind I want to stories. I can create worlds for and teach lessons to everyone, including and especially myself.
S.R. Ford My motto is "Just write." If you get stuck for any reason, just write. The beauty of writing is you can go back, edit and rework as many times as you like. You can even scrap things entirely and write them over again. But if nothing is ever written, then there's nothing to rework.

And it doesn't have to be the next piece of your story either. Jump ahead if you wish, write on something else for a day or two, whatever. Just write.
