Ray Daley Tough one.

I'm not sure I'd want to go to any of them to be honest.
Ray Daley Thanks for this question!

I normally never have a set list of what I want to read at any specific time. Right now I'm reading a musicians biography (Al Jourgensen, lead singer of Ministry) but I want to read all of Kass Morgan's "The 100" series before the end of the year.
Ray Daley Good question!

I guess there's the huge (and unsolved) mystery of why I was allowed a free pass on my 3rd attempt at range firing when I did my RAF recruit training. I never did find out why that officer turned up & told the instructors not to score my target, just to tell me I'd passed.

I'd quite like to know if the first house I ever lived in was haunted too, that'd make an interesting plot.
Ray Daley That's a toughie. I had to give it a bit of thought.

Favourite fictional couple. Arthur Dent and Tricia "Trillian" McMillan.

Because as hard as Arthur tries in the early books to hook up with her, he can never compete with Zaphod (Beeblebrox). It's a classic tale of one sided love.

I relate to it.
Ray Daley Do something your brain hasn't done for ages, it's supposed to make your more creative.
I read, or listen to music.
Then you'll get an idea when you're least expecting it.
Ray Daley Hearing feedback from readers, especially other writers.
It's lovely to hear people like stuff but you can't grow unless people tell you what they don't like.
Ray Daley Write stuff.
Get it down, and out of your head.
It's no good to anyone stuck in your head.
Even if you think it's terrible, get it down anyway then leave it. And come back to it another day. It won't look half as bad as you remember it.
Ray Daley Several things? Something about robots, something about tests.

There's always something unfinished I can be working on. But I do like to have at least 1 day in the week where I don't write at all.
Ray Daley Oh blimey. Anything can inspire me. Something I'm reading, something I'm watching, something someone says to me.

This is why I ALWAYS carry a notepad and pen.

My most recent inspirations have come from reading "Dragons At Crumbling Castle" by Terry Pratchett. I wrote 3 different stories because I was reading that.
Ray Daley The most recent release was "Dead Jealous" and it was originally written for a Goodreads competition on the theme of ghosts, which is why it features a snippet of the lyrics of "Ghosts" by Japan.
