The two books on which I am presently working are ideas I originally conceived many years ago, and feel I have now reached a point in my life to be able to effectively communicate those ideas. The ideas have grown and developed as I have grown and developed throughout my life.

I have recently completed over four years of research and planning and have high hopes that this new book will help many people create a positive change in their lives by inspiring them to achieve true health and fitness. I am also working on my first novel; a mix of ancient civilizations, fantasy, and sci-fi, set in modern times.

Though it may sound a bit cliché, my best advice to an aspiring writer is to just do it. If you feel you have a message that will benefit others, share it with them. I have always believed that if I help even one person with a piece I have written, my work has been a success.

I go back to good old pencil and paper. When I find I am having difficulty connecting with my material, I begin writing whatever comes to mind, whether they be random thoughts, ideas, a journal entry about my day, or even a song lyric. Once I begin writing, I find it much easier to begin to connect with my thoughts.
