I wanted to do shorter books, along the same lines of my other work. I knew I'd need shifters to be involved, but I wanted to start a different group. This new series is a little more lighthearted, a little more soap opera. They're fun!

I usually have several projects going on at once, including editing projects. Editing helps me focus and get the creative side of things moving along, without draining my energy. Twenty or thirty minutes of editing gets me in the right mindset to be really productive.
