Timothy W. Tron The idea for The Light in the Darkness was simply a continuation of the first book in the series, Bruecke to Heaven. The story picks up in the sequel to where we left our characters in the first book. Jakob and Arktos, along with the rest of the surviving cast, face an entirely new level of evil; one that dwarfs that of the first book. Their faith will be tested beyond their physical abilities; thus, fully relying on God to save them.
Timothy W. Tron Write because you love to do so. If you are writing because you think it will make you rich and famous, just remember this, "If artists are starving then writers are emaciated." When you begin to write, dialogue and events in life will take on an entirely new perspective for you. Pay attention and hang on for the ride.
Timothy W. Tron Often before I write, I pull up sound tracks to epic movies to get me in the mood. Then, depending on what I'm writing I will either recall and event or issue that has come to mind and begin to let my thoughts and the melodies take over. Other times, I write from dreams or scripture that has spoken to me, letting the hand of God write the words. All of these combined make up who I am as a writer. An inspired writer makes for a better author, in my humble opinion; don't you?
Timothy W. Tron I am currently working on the sequel to my first novel, "Bruecke to Heaven". I have written enough for the sequel and then half of a third book.
