I haven't had to deal with this much yet. Most of the planning is done in my head long before I sit down to write. There are times when I can't think of a name for something, and rather than get bogged down in that kind of minutia, to keep flowing I just put a place holder in there (example: @uglyGuy) and I can replace it later.

Book 2 of the Ora Saga, tentatively titled "The Lost Ones." It takes place in the western part of Sirith, the Valerin Isles, and is told from the perspective of a character from book 1 and a new character.

The book started as a video game concept. I was going to program a role-playing game involving a quest to save the world from demonic creatures invading from another world. Once I decided to make a novel out of it, the story matured into something more intricate, and I realized it needed to be more than one book.
