John, I'm glad you've enjoyed the series! Currently Grog IV has reached 51,000 words of rough draft; I won't publish a novel at under 80,000 words, so it has a way to go. Meanwhile, I have 21 other novels (shameless plus).

I'm glad you enjoyed Wastrel! A sequel, Steward's Tale, has been outlined, but I haven't gotten a core idea for it, so my answer will have to be 'when the muse strikes'. As an author, I'm a bit hit or miss: lots of ideas, not so many plots. But I do hope to carry that particular story forward in the future. Sorry I can't be more definitive. I write every day, but not everything works out on the first go for me; I've numerous projects stalled in various stages of completion. Wastrel, Grog I, and Zerk all were start and stop projects that eventually were completed, so there is cause for hope.
