Vi Keeland I'm not sure. I do have a few books currently optioned with other production companies. But those things do not always work out. I'd love to see it happen though!

Vi Keeland Thank you so much, Mai! Penelope and I actually have two more cowritten books coming out this year! One in September and the other in November. And we have solo releases coming out this summer! Mine in July and hers in August. We are excited for everything coming!

In the Baller I’ve always wondered if “Brody” is his real name or if it’s short/ a nickname for his actual name? I’ve actually met a couple of Brody’s and they always say that it’s short for something else.

Hi Vi!! I just finished with We Shouldn't and I loved it, but I was just curious about a something that I often find in some of your books: children. While I love children myself, I was curious as to why you bring them into some of your plotlines? Is it because it simply adds to the dynamic of a story or is it something else?
Vi Keeland I feel like adding a child often helps bring out the true personality of the adult characters. And I think young characters often remind adult characters what's important. Plus, I'm a mom of three so writing children feels natural to me. <3

Unfortunately, we aren't currently planning to write a spin-off of Hate Notes. Although we never say never, and Max would be fun to write! <3

Absolutely LOVED “We Shouldn’t”!!!! At the end of the book, on my kindle, I clicked to see Bennett’s doodles, which are hilarious!! It also says to claim a free book, but not sure how. Any way you can help me out?

I love your books, and wanted to know about your writing style - do you know how the story is going to go before you start, or do you figure it out while you write? Also, do you edit and clean up your work as you go along, or do you do it after completing the work?
Vi Keeland Hi Reshma! I'm a total "pantser" as opposite to a "plotter." I basically only know the conflict before I start writing. Because of that, my characters develop as I write, and I often go back to the beginning and add until I feel they are fully fleshed out.

Are you ever going to write a book about Indie from The Baller?
Vi Keeland Hi Kikki! I don't currently have any plans to write Indie's story, but she is one of my favorite supporting characters! So I never say "never".

I've just re-read Baller which is one of my all-time favorite sports romances. I love it so much. Is it crazy for me to hope that you'll one day consider writing Indie's book with her own football guy? She's such an awesome character that I'd love getting to know about her HEA.

How did you and ward started to write to of together? Who's idea was it?
Vi Keeland We became friends when we were in a box set together...eventually we started to talk every day. One day Penelope sent me a mock cover to Cocky Bastard and said "we should write this." We gave it a shot and found out we loved to cowrite!
