I don't have a list, I just choose a book as and when the mood takes me. I've got a long TBR and on it are books by Jan Ruth, Corinna Edwards-Colledge, V K McGivney, Sarah England, Mark Edwards, Dean Koontz, Stephen King, Gian Dickerson, Richard Hardie, etc etc etc. I choose whatever I'm in the mood for and often have two on the go at once!

I draw on plenty from my own experiences as well as those of people I know and it all goes into the plotting of the books, usually as a sub-theme (for example the haunting that Mr Ashton experiences in The Haunting of Highdown Hall). I have had several paranormal experiences and in my latest Psychic Surveys book, Old Cross Cottage, I've included a lot of what has actually happened. The jacket cover also features the real house. Hi Jessie, yes, Blakemort features again in Book Six of the main Psychic Surveys series (currently just released Book Four). The main books in the series are told from Ruby's point of view but the supporting novellas each focus on a team member, i.e. Eve is from Theo's point of view, Blakemort is from Corinna's and the next supporting novella (due November 2017) will be from Ness's point of view - but they all lead up to Book Six in the main series, which will be set at Blakemort and entitled Legion! Hope that helps!

Sit comfortable, place your fingers on the keyboard and type. Just go for it, get the basic storyline down, it can be tidied up at length later on.

The sequel to my first book, contemporary romance, The Runaway Year, is currently going into edits and will be out later this year. Another standalone book, Jessamine, a paranormal mystery/romance, will also be out later this year. Meanwhile, Psychic Surveys Two has just done it's first round of test readers and I'm happy to report, everyone loves it just as much as the first!

The idea for the Psychic Surveys series started from an actual business idea - a high street business specialising in spiritual domestic disturbance. Because there are ethical problems involved regarding charging, I took the idea and ran with it in fiction instead. Fictional customers don't mind paying up... usually!
