writing teaches you to love the journey once you have fixed the aim...that is the biggest learning....I am not a great writer (in fact, by many counts, not even a good one)...but I know this: if I keep fussing about how the book is going to come out, I will not be able to write. Quite ironic, that this precious work ethic would come to me during my break from work...enjoy the journey folks...that's all there is....really....achievements are just fleeting moments...the journey is what endures.....enjoy the journey....be happy

I think writing helps you discover yourself...it makes you patient, more connected. If you are not too concerned with the end result...you can really enjoy the journey...when you tell a story...you learn many things yourself.

I do get writers block every once in a while. Perhaps, a good way to deal with it is to just write even if you are not convinced what you are writing is your best...thankfully we have excellent editing software which means you can always go back and refine your writing...

My most recent book, the business parables, was a result of witnessing widespread misunderstanding about business. It was being held synonymous with greed and accumulation. I just wanted to make sure that I could share my understanding of business as force that has unparalleled power to create win-win situations.
