I would suggest reading ANIMAL first, they run a long the same timeline so parts in RAGE that are glossed over are in full detail in ANIMAL. xx

I would probably say, Empathy series. I enjoyed the research that went into getting the medical side of things correct. These were some of my best characters to write also, they were so intense and layered, it really took me over and bleed me out, I love that.
