Mav Skye I enjoy the suspense of never knowing what is going to happen next. Instead of you chasing a story, the story chases you.
Mav Skye When writer's block hits, that means my brain is hurting and my creative energy feels like regurgitated word soup. Just like when our physical muscles need a rest after a hard work out, the creative muscle needs a brake…er…break too. I stop all writing and go on a reading spree. I try to pump as many books in as I can. It’s like soul food. After about 3-4 books in, I feel rejuvenated and revved up to write again.
Mav Skye Hi Jeffrey,
I'm sorry I haven't gotten back to you, I hadn't realized this question was here until now. I bought your book years ago and it's been awhile since I've read it. My favorite story was the one with the boy named Bradley and the salamander. I believe it was called, "This Isn't What You think?"
