Jennifer Reynolds No, as of right now. I have written numerous short stories and novellas based on the novel and some of its characters. They are all available on Amazon.
Jennifer Reynolds That is a hard question to answer, as I have too many favorites from which to choose. I think I would like to visit Valeterra, the world I created in my latest paranormal romance series. They seem like a peaceful people, even with the plague sweeping through their world. They have lots of magical creatures, a low population, not much technology, people and creatures seem to get along. I'd just live a happy, quiet life there. :)
Jennifer Reynolds That list is long. I've found most of mine by looking at who reviewed some of my favorite books and searching for FB groups that focus on reviews.
To get you started, here are a few pages that list a large number of blogs that do reviews. Some of the blogs listed, I recognize. Some I do not.

Jennifer Reynolds Marketing is the only thing I can think of that really helps, other than writing something so unique that it stands out on its own. The hardest thing about marking is that you have to stay active with it. I spend a great deal of time posting on FB groups, posting things on my numerous social media sites, and I've joined a few blog hops.

I'm slowly moving into more paid promotions. I've found that eReader News Today generated a great deal of sales and the Fussy Librarian did okay. I haven't tried Book Bub yet.

I send my novels out to at least ten reviewers a week seeking reviews. Some blogs generate sales. Some do not. Big Als Reviews boosted my sales and the review was only a four star.

I join rafflecopters with other authors or do on line parties. I'm even doing more live events like literary festivals. I poke business cards at everyone I think might be interested in one of my novels.

The only other thing to do to keep your name out there is to write more. I've released four novels in the last two years. Granted I wrote while in college, which allowed me to release my first three novels so quickly, but the idea is keep readers thinking about you and seeing your name.
I write in a number of different genres, so this concept hasn't worked a great deal for me because most romance readers don't care anything about suspense-thrillers or zombies.

I hope this helps. :)
Jennifer Reynolds I'm currently working on a sequel to Shifter, my paranormal romance.
In Outcast, Leigh is a human raised by shapeshifters. She doesn't know what they are or why she is different. The older she gets, the more like an outsider she feels. After her younger sister's wedding, Leigh gives into the temptation that is Ryan Hart, only to find out that the one night of amazing sex has linked the two of them in ways Ryan's pack refuses to allow him to disclose to Leigh.
I'm hoping this novel will come out in early 2016.
Jennifer Reynolds Write. Write. Write.
Sticking with it is the hard part.
Don't be afraid to put yourself out there. Self-promotion is key. Be relatable when you do so.
Get to know other authors. Ask for help. Mimic what they do in terms of promotion and interaction with fans.
Jennifer Reynolds The best thing about being a writer is that you can mentally live in any world you chose for long periods of time without being locked away in an asylum somewhere.

The second best thing is the fans. I love how much my readers love and relate to my work.
Jennifer Reynolds As I am a multi-genre author that is a hard question to answer. I think it depends on your preferred genre. I have romance, post-apocalyptic, paranormal, thriller, horror, and a love story coming soon.

Resistant is new, so I can't say yet how popular it is, but judging by my fans the order goes as such: Shifter, Alone, HIM, with Resistant slowly passing HIM.

If you like romances, I say go with Shifter first since the next two books will be coming out next year and it is on audio--just one credit if you have a subscription to Audible (Do you like what I did there?:) :) ). Although, I would say Resistant would appeal to male readers more than anything else I've written, with Alone as a close second, but I'm not sure I'll be writing a sequel to Resistant, and if I do, when I'll write it.

After those, I'd say Alone. The audio should be out next year and the next two books in that series should be out in 2017. Fans love it and there is more to come.

HIM is my favorite, but the subject matter is intense, so it isn't a fan favorite by any means.

I have two free short stories you can get from Smashwords and NOOK, to give you a taste of my writing style, but like HIM they aren't fan favorites.

I hope this helps. :)
Jennifer Reynolds I deal with writer's block by reading a great deal. I catch up on books I've been wanting to read (my to-read list here is a mile long), and I go back through some of my old work. Reviewing pieces that I had previously discarded helps get my creative juices flowing.
