Who is your favorite fictional couple, and why?
Sarah Brocious Mr. Darcy and Elizabeth Bennet are my favorite! Their love is unconventional and I absolutely love that. I'm not about simple love. I want the complex. I feel like love should be earned. Anything that comes easy can go away easily and their love was a journey covered in potholes and unmarked roads. That makes it even more beautiful!

Hello. I just finished reading your "More than Scars" and it was so amazing! I really love all the characters. I just want to know if you already wrote or have a plan to write Ian's story?
Sarah Brocious Hey, Greselley! Thank you so much and yes, I am working on Ian! (no title yet) I didn't expect to love him as much as I did, so his story has always been at the back of my mind. I am writing on several projects at the moment, but he is most definitely in the works!

How do you come up with these incredible ideas? I love to read but I'd never be able to write like this!
Sarah Brocious That is incredibly flattering. Thank you! My ideas come at inconvenient moments. Usually at a red light or JUST as I'm heading into work!!!! I really truly have no idea where they come from, but I am glad they show up.

Sarah Brocious The Awakening is undergoing a rewrite, but it will be available again in a few months! Sorry about that!

will we get to read more from the characters from more than scars ,or is it a standalone?
Sarah Brocious More Than Scars could be a stand alone, but when I finished, I left a window open because I wasn't ready to let go. There will be a sequel...it will star Ian. I am currently working on his story.

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Sarah Brocious Real life! I always put a little of myself in my characters!

How do you deal with writer’s block?
Sarah Brocious MUSIC! Some of my favorites? I am quite eclectic. Muse, Adele, Queen, Ed Sheeran, Florence and the Machine, Journey, Imagine Dragons, add in a little classical music....the list could go on and on!!

What’s the best thing about being a writer?
Sarah Brocious I have a weakness for reading and writing. When you are a writer you are constantly doing both!

What’s your advice for aspiring writers?
Sarah Brocious DON'T GIVE UP! And don't allow others to tell you how you should write! Be an original!!

What are you currently working on?
Sarah Brocious I am actually writing the third book in a series! The first of the series will be available next month! "The Awakening"

How do you get inspired to write?
Sarah Brocious I listen to music...always with the music! I also tend to have an overly active imagination. Daydreaming comes in handy.
