How do you deal with writer’s block?
Everett N. McKay Never had it...an advantage of writing technical books. I always start with a detailed outline of all my ideas.

Everett N. McKay My next book will be Effective Design Reviews: How to give and receive effective design feedback.

Where did you get the idea for your most recent book?
Everett N. McKay I originally created the Intuitive Design framework for my UX Design Essentials course, which I have taught since 2010. I later created a poster to help designers visualize the steps. The poster was so popular that I decided to tell the entire story in a book.
