Léa Murawiec (Paris, 1994) is a French cartoonist. Daughter of an architect and a designer, Léa studied graphic design at the École Estienne in Paris, then comics at the École Européenne Supérieure de l’Image in Angoulême. Murawiec's strips have appeared in various French fanzines, as well as the kid comic magazine Biscoto. She co-founded Éditions Flutiste, an independent small press. Her debut graphic novel The Great Beyond (2021) has been translated in a number of languages and has received the 2024 Ignatz Award for Promising New Talent.
