I write fantasy, sci-fi, and an occasional thriller. My books celebrate empowering themes and always have a dash of romance, so they’re… noblebright, kind of?

My latest work is Emma’s Dragon, book 2 in the award-winning Jane Austen Fantasy series and a sequel to Miss Bennet’s Dragon. My first novel, Power in the Age of Lies, addresses climate change. Tiger Seed, a contemporary fantasy rooted in ancient Indus history, is coming soon.

I live in the San Francisco Bay Area, where I dodge Teslas and wild turkeys.
