তানভির অনয় একজন লেখক এবং মানবাধিকার কর্মী। ১১ই ফেব্রুয়ারি, ঢাকায় জন্ম তাঁর। ঢাকার ইস্ট ওয়েস্ট ইউনিভার্সিটি থেকে ইংরেজি সাহিত্যে অনার্স এবং যুক্তরাষ্ট্রের ফেইটভিল স্টেট ইউনিভার্সিটিতে ইংরেজি ভাষা ও অনুবাদ নিয়ে অধ্যয়ন করেছেন। তিনি স্বনামধন্য প্রকাশনা সংস্থা ইউনিভার্সিটি প্রেস লিমিটেড (ইউপিএল)-এ সম্পাদকীয় সহকারী হিসেবে দেড় বছর কর্মরত ছিলেন। বর্তমানে তানভির অনয় ওরেগন স্টেট ইউনিভার্সিটিতে উইমেন, জেন্ডার, অ্যান্ড সেক্সুয়ালিটি স্টাডিস বিষয়ে মাস্টার্স করছেন এবং গ্রাডুয়েট টিচিং অ্যাসিস্টেন্ট হিসেবে কর্মরত আছেন। লৈঙ্গিক বৈষম্যসহ আর্থ-সামাজিক সমস্যা ও সমাধান নিয়ে তিনি লেখালেখি এবং কাজ করেন। ইতোমধ্যে তিনি একাধিক প্রকাশনার সম্পাদনা করেছেন। কথাসাহিত্যের জগতে তাঁর আগ্রহ প্রবল, লিখেছেন বেশ কিছু ছোট গল্প। প্রকাশিত বইসমূহ: পুণ্যাহ, দুরধ্যয়, কেতাদুরস্ত।

Tanveer Anoy is an archivist, activist, and author. Born on 11th February in Dhaka, they completed their Honors in English Literature from East West University, Dhaka, and studied English Language and Translation at Fayetteville State University, USA. They worked for one and a half years as an editorial assistant in the reputed publishing house University Press Limited (UPL). Tanveer Anoy is currently pursuing a Masters in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies at Oregon State University and is working as a Graduate Teaching Assistant. They have a great fascination with fiction writing and wrote a couple of short stories.
