Riding The Desert Trail by Bettina Selby
"This is the third of Bettina Selby's travel books I have read - all cycle based trips. This one takes her from the mouth of the Nile to its source (well, it doesn't split hairs over the actual source - Lake Victoria is her final destination), taking " Read more of this review »

The Inca Prophecy by Adrian d'Hagé
"23 Sep 2013: Ok, this is hopeless! It's got to be THE most boring thriller ever (though I think I may have said that before but this time, I'm absolutely positive!). There are so many useless and unrelated sub-plots, the first half of the book appear" Read more of this review »
The Inca Prophecy by Adrian d'Hagé
"Dull and formulaic. Reads as if the author sat down with Google Maps to come up with much of his location descriptions. And, for an Australian author, a rather excessive use of American, although even this is done inconsistently."
The Inca Prophecy by Adrian d'Hagé

Woke by Caitlin Johnstone
“This...is for the ones who look with both eyes.
It is for the ones who see the bombs and the bastards
and stand shaking with the breath of the beast on their skin.
When you look with both eyes, you feel it all,
but you don't flee or freeze.
You fight.
You Swing your sword with both hands,
tears pouring from both eyes,
and when they try to drive you back,
you advance.”
