Stu Segal lives just outside New York City. He writes, juggles, listens to rock 'n roll, rides motorcycles, and plays drums. He is a voracious consumer of film and literature.

You can find him annually at the World Science Fiction Convention, the Westminster Kennel Club Show, rock concerts, motorcycle events, on the internet, and sometimes in the French Quarter. Wherever he is, you can find him every morning in the gym.

Stu's early years were spent in Atlantic City, New Jersey. He went into banking as a coin wrapping clerk, and concluded a banking career 24 years later as vice president of a global bank, and on the Board of Directors of the New York Cash Exchange.
