Do you try to write for NaNoWriMo? I mean, not strictly speaking, but just to give you some structure and motivation? Just curious!

No, I'm pretty much a loner when it comes to my writing.
I have quite a bit of motivation as folks that have reviewed me and others who are currently reading me keep asking when the second book is coming. LOL! As far as structure, fortunately that has never been a problem for me.

I write a bit, too, and I've been scribbling on my 2nd book for a bit, but I'm going to try to use NaNoWriMo to my advantage, and the timing of your post made me wonder if you were doing that too! I'm looking forward to reading your first one when I get a chance! I've traveled a bit in Scotland and Ireland, and I found that very inspirational too, so I think I'll like it!

Thank you Colin. I hope you do. As I mentioned before even though it is a work a fantasy I put quite a bit of real history into the story, names and locations etc.
I'm just getting back into writer mode again and looking over certain chapters of my first book so I give the second the right "feel". The chapter I will be staring off with is pretty intense so after I finish my notes I'll be jumping in full force and will not be on line as much. My husband is currently working on setting up a web page, so when that is done I'll be promoting that like crazy. I wish you the best on your writing endeavor as well.
