If your work is about speaking in public this is a must read for you. Even if your job does not mean to talk evry day to different groups, it is a comprehensive guide on public speaking. It covers a great range of situations, it is very practical with specific solutions and is very funny. It is not as easy to read as Dale Carnegie (beacuase is much bigger and is harder to read as a book, it is better to be consulted depending on the ocasion).

I cracked it open but mostly read the funny quote snippets rather than put any of it's advice to good use. No matter what, public speaking is not a walk in the park. It brings me comfort that the author would write such a book; other people have this problem too.
