Very helpful book both to team leaders and members of a virtual team. The roadmaps are particularly helpful/pragmatic. I do wish there had been more about the 7-spheres of leadership, but the practical strategies for improving skills in these spheres were most helpful.

In the ever increasing shortage of talents and highly connected world through globalization. Knowing how to manage a virtual team is a key to have a competitive advantage over others. Thus this book is recommended for managers to learn on how to build trust and relationship with your team members. Who's may be in a different time zone or halfway across the globe.
