Digital Image Processing Using MATLAB. 2 / E

Rate this book
Digital image processing using MATLABThis book is organized in the same order as the Digital Image Processing book. By doing so, you can easily find a more detailed description of the image processing concepts introduced in this book, as well as a recent reference. By doing so, we were able to concisely express the theoretical content and keep focusing on the software implementation of the solution to image processing problems. Because IPT works in the MATLAB environment, it provides significant advantages because it is supported by almost all operating systems as well as computing tools. The focus of this book is on demonstrating how to develop new code that enhances existing MATLAB and toolbox functionality. This feature is important in areas where the development and experimentation of vast amounts of algorithms such as image processing is required. After introducing the basics of functions and programming, . Key areas covered brightness variation, fuzzy image processing, linear and nonlinear spatial filtering, frequency domain filtering, image reconstruction and reconstruction, geometric transformation and image matching, color image processing, wavelet, image data compression, Representation and description of segmentation, regions and boundaries, and object recognition. To support this, we provide a number of examples showing how to solve image processing problems using MATLAB and toolbox functions. As part of the educational purpose of this book, if you do not have a function, you have created and documented the new function yourself. More than 120 new functions are included. These functions increase the functionality of the IPT by 10% and play an important role in demonstrating how to implement new image processing software solutions.
