I used this solution book to accompany my qm textbook. They give me confidence that I will try to solve problems really hard before they took too much time. I will skim the solution and try again, and if I still cannot solve it, I will look at the full solution. Be aware that you should try really hard before using the solution. The solution explains really well, not every step-by-step, they omit some steps such as simple integration
