I am absolutely amazed by this book! 🤩
What's truly incredible is that my 10-year-old son is loving it just as much as I am. The writing is beautiful and genuinely inspirational. Thanks to Sweta Samota for penning down this masterpiece; it has ignited a new passion for fitness within me.
The explanations are so intricate that even if you're not a runner or don't have any prior inclination towards running, you'll find yourself lacing up your shoes immediately after reading this book.
I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. It's a must-read that has the power to change your perspective on both fitness and life.
One of the remarkable aspects of this book is how it shares anecdotes of famous personalities who faced numerous difficulties in life but still embraced running as a part of their fitness routine. This is truly inspirational because it shows that even against all odds, they incorporated running into their daily lives. It makes you feel that if they can do it, why can't we?

Enjoyed reading the book, lots of inspiration and insights

The author has done a thorough research on the topic. She presents running as a solution to many lifestyle problems and also to build character. I am inspired by the anecdotes in this book.
