You could buy more expensive, more complex books on the topic of project
management than this one, but don't waste your time or your money. This one will do the trick. It's relatively short, and to the point. Jeff Davidson offers fundamental information in a matter of fact style, that makes the book easy to digest. I particularly like it's slim size, it's easy to take with you.

A very high overview of project management. I liked that it didn't go into a lot of detail. It kept things simple and to the point. I made a lot of notes and will certainly keep this book around for reference.
