This book doesn't teach you SAP, actually it doesn't teach you anything. It only gives you an overview about random issues concerning SAP, for example:
- how to install SAP
- how to configure SAP graphical user interface
- what technical support personnel do


but that's it!

Oh ... and the last chapter tells you where to get more information about SAP.
