Don’t Make a Problem of Anything by J. Krishnamurti

One of my New Year’s resolutions was to read one book every month. Well… it took me two months, but here we are! 📖 Don’t Make a Problem of Anything by J. Krishnamurti J. Krishnamurti’s Don't Make a Problem of Anything explores how the mind creates unnecessary problems by overanalyzing and resisting reality. He emphasizes observing thoughts and emotions without labeling or judgment, allowing problems to dissolve naturally. True freedom comes from understanding the limitations of thought and living fully in the present.

Again I bow to the Krishnaji! Learnt how mind create and solve problems and wants to continue with that. This is another way to enter choiceness awareness in my little understanding of the masters teachings. Or Can I relate this to Sankalp and Vikalp we talk of sakshitva in dhyana.
