Some of the information is dated, however, I was inspired to create a 7-point goal notebook in Onenote. Updating my Goodreads account is part of one of my intellectual goals; to read at least one book per month addressing each of the 7 goal areas: Spiritual, Emotional, Intellectual, Physical, Social, Environmental, and Financial.

Everyone has goals they want to achieve at some point in their life, but sometimes it can be hard to get started. I enjoy reading this book, which was full of good ideas on not only getting started, but also completing your goals.
