I have to warn you that as a long-time feminist I was prepared to read ten pages of this book and put it down forever. However, this book was not at all what I expected. Regena is relentlessly positive about women, about men, and about the possibility of relationships that make both happy. But (not surprisingly), you probably have a bit of work to do, to get yourself ready. And I bet that work is not what you expect!

While there were a few ideas that I can't quite get on board with, I was overwhelmingly delighted with "Mama Gena"'s attitudes, thoughts, and advice. I was amazed how often she said things that align perfectly with teachers I respect (e.g., Eckhardt Tolle and a number of Buddhist writers). On the other hand, her take on the value of pleasure and desire are all her own - and convincing!

Regena's style is extremely engaging and amusing, very easy to read. I wish this book had been around when I was 16, or 26, or 36. In any case I'm glad it's here now! Also note that this is actually her second book, which expands on one section of her first book.

What an empowering, fabulous, lighthearted fun book to read.

I've learned a lot from Mama Gena and I will read this book again to be sure to remember all her wonderful advice.

I can now call my self Sister Goddess I.H.

Everything she reveals in this book is so true and every woman can learn something from her teachings.

Read the book and become your own Sister Goddess and make the best of your life wether it's as a single having fun or as a woman seeking the knight on the white horse.

It'a all about starting by the basic... Before even thinking about getting into men... You gotta get into you... I love whatever this woman do... Maybe one of the only women in the world that is clear abour one thing: You're life is the way it is.. because you don't love enough yourself. As for men operating... there are loads of useful tricks!! I definitely advise it!

Picked this up on recommendation by a friend. It's lighthearted, and a cool perspective that's not heard too often (men want to please, it's your responsibility to be in tune with and communicate your desires). Super quick read. A little repetitive at times, but the message was fun.

This book had so much good information pertaining to Men and what we(as women) should expect and will demand. HOLLA! Plus it talks about orgasms, so you can't go wrong there. hahaha

I like her books. I can't help it. But I found her first book to be much more engaging and less annoying.

Slightly more in depth to her first book, School of Womanly Arts, however I felt a lot of the information was repeated. Still a great book though.

Honestly, not that good in comparison to Regena's first book. This book seemed like a hashed out rewrite to complete a publishing contract.

Not my favorite.

Interesting, but not my favorite. I love what she's trying to do, I just don't know how much I jive with her message. Definitely worth a read and a discussion though :)
