Overheard involuntarily. purports good enough (honest) perspectives on treatment of others, based heavily on Christian ideals. I don't know if that's sufficient qualification to be a writer though
Struggling with self image or a low self esteem? This audio CD will help. It points out deep rooted issues one faces in life as a result of a poor self image. Everyone should listen to this.
UNIQUE VALUE AND SELF-WORTH. The book emphasizes that no one like you has ever existed and never will, giving a dramatic boost to the old idea that everyone’s unique. Comparing oneself unfavorably to others is framed not as inferiority, but as the result of different life experiences, which helps create a healthier, more grounded self-image. FOCUSING ON STRENGTHS. It’s not just about accepting you can’t do everything; the practical advice here is to unapologetically focus on strengths and stop sweating over weaknesses. That reframes self-improvement as building on what already works, not endlessly patching holes. POSITIVE SELF-IMAGE. The book draws a strong link between self-image and life outcomes, connecting the dots from negative self-perception to how people act in relationships (like being rude to waitstaff) and how they set or avoid goals. SUCCESS AND SACRIFICE. The myth that the wealthy or successful just “have it easy” gets sharply debunked by contrasting this illusion with the grind and self-discipline behind the scenes, reminding readers that overnight success is just the visible tip of a very sweaty iceberg. RELATIONSHIPS AND ENCOURAGEMENT. Jealousy is reframed as insecurity in disguise — basically a fear of not being good enough for someone else. The book details how Your actions can ripple out far further than expected, for better or worse, adding some stakes to everyday behavior. There’s practical advice to boost others’ confidence by introducing them with “over-the-top” compliments or sending unexpectedly heartfelt messages, making encouragement almost an Olympic event. The claim that lifting others up keeps you at the top longer is made memorable by how directly it’s stated. BUILDING CONNECTIONS AND CONFIDENCE. Searching for friends is less effective than simply being a good friend. Schools get a playful twist: instead of sending home bad behavior notes, celebrate good students, and reward kindness with badges like “I help” to reinforce the positive. The book uses the story of Mary Kay Ash to powerfully illustrate how belief in someone can be world-changing, advocating for treating people based on their potential, not just their current spot on the ladder. The act of helping others seeing their strengths is the best thing you can do for someone. Finally, critique must come with a spoonful of sugar — criticism is paired with praise and a nod to someone’s unique talents, making feedback a tool for growth rather than a hit to the ego.

As always Zig will keep you entertained with great stories. He will present you with down to earth techniques of success and accomplishment that you can start implementing today. He will inspire you and motivate you, no doubt about that. Here he teaches truths and universal principles of success in a very peculiar way… Zig’s way….totally awesome.
This, like most of Zig's work, is really awesome iff you can get past the heavy Christian morality. That aside, there are many wonderful lessons about character and self-image as well as many great stories. If you like Zig, this is a good one.
