This book is so incredibly informative. I really have nothing bad to say about it. It's easy to read and understand, so pretty much anyone can read it.
I wouldn't purely use this book for a paper, but definitely as an add on type thing.

I bought this book at the excellent Titanic Museum in Branson, MO. This book provided so much information on the making, sailing, and sinking of the Titanic, and later the search for and discovery of the wreck of the Titanic. It also provided personal stories of many of the passengers and crew who were on board the ill-fated maiden voyage. I loved the format in that it provided a lot of information in snippets, and the numerous illustrations and photos helped to bring this story to life. I highly recommend this book for anyone interested in learning more about the Titanic.

I have always found the disastrous sinking of the Titanic interesting. This was an interesting book filled with money facts about the Titanic. It details the journey of the Titanic from the building of the ship up to the night of the sinking. You have details about all the luxuries of the ship and what you could expect based on the class you were traveling in. There were lots of details about some of the passengers on the ship and their fate on the night of the sinking. It was interesting to read what happened to some of the survivors in the years after the sinking at the time this was published.

I loved how detailed this was! SO much fun and new information I didn't know before. I didn't like the incoinsistent references to passengers, there were simply too many to rember every detail about who was who and what class they were in. I also do not understand why the book started on fact #2? and yeah it was clever making it 882 1/2 facts for each ft long the ship was, but I could've done without the half fact at the end. Overall very interesting and I learned loads of new information about the ship and the sinking. There were also some spelling msitakes that were just from poor editing.

It may be a children’s book, but it’s a fantastic and concise book on Titanic—Informational, understandable, and broken up into bite-sized chunks for easy reading.

This just popped up on my feed as a recommendation so my rating is a five star for pretty much all books like this and/or about Titanic and my review is based on a quick reminder of it so there's not much to say except that it's cool book to have in the house (with the exception that this is discussing a tragedy, of course). Read about two years ago when I bought it for my daughter. She and I both have a fascination regarding the Titanic and I adore books like this. Trivia, photography, non-fiction coffee table type books. It was a fun and very quick read with a bunch of pictures/illustrations along with quick facts. A nice one to add to the more serious and longer books about the Titanic.

If you're looking for the perfect book to cover the entire topic of the Titanic, then this is the book for you. Filled with great photographs and exact information, this book covers it all. From the idea to create it, to the people who discovered it in 1986, this book has everything you'd be interested in. A great resource book!

All Titanic lovers must read this! It was very straight forward and covered a lot of the questions I had. I recommend this book for ages 12+ because it talks about very sensitive and tragic facts and events that demand full respect. I thoroughly enjoyed reading it because it taught me more about the beautiful ship than I've ever known. 882 1/2 Amazing Answers to Your Questions About the Titanic is worth reading!

Wonderful book. I picked it up while visiting the titanic museum in Tennessee. It covers so many interesting facts and perspectives. the final 1/2 question was an interesting one, will I always be obsessed with titanic? kind of hard to deny or answer so I get why it was only a half question. Anyways a perfect vacation book or gift for a titanic fanatic.

*This book was published ages ago so some of the information pertaining to the wreck has changed since it has come out.* I love this book. The format is fun, the bullets are informational, and the pictures are fantastic. A great intro into the life and death of the Titanic and those who were on board.

I’ve been doing research on the titanic ( which has been a long interest of mine ) for a book I am hoping to write! This book was very helpful and very interesting!! I’d recommend it for anyone wanting to know more about the titanic disaster. There are other things involved such as facts about the movie, and titanic survivors, very interesting read!

This was a quick read, filled with lots of great information. It is appropriate for it's age range, but even as an adult I found it to be informative. Be aware that this book is close to 25 years old and some of the information is outdated.

Pretty good book for a light read on the Titanic. I have one complaint: There was no question #1. Otherwise, a great read for older children or interested adults.
