When you work in social media, you find yourself being introduced to every new social network out there. Of course every single one of them is the next big thing, right? Of course when Google Plus was heralded as the replacement for Facebook. So grudgingly I jumped on board.
Quite some time later, and I still have no idea how to use the site, so I needed to do something. I was checking out the DK Publishers site, and found The Complete Idiot's Guide to Google Plus.
The Idiot's Guide Books The Idiot's Guide to Google Plus
The first chapter is about Getting Started with Google Plus and Social Networking. I have to admit I found it quite interesting that in the first chapter he told us all the features that we can do with Google Plus, but than answered my #1 question:
I'm not sure what I was expecting when I picked this book up. I was already familiar with Google+, facebook, and other social medias. (I was hoping to find some features that I had yet to discover or learn tips and tricks to improve my experience.) It's still a good manual to start from and quite informative though.
