This was not for me. It may be more personal than the book itself.
The whole program if done exactly as required may work, I can't speak to that. I am definitely going to try the workout plan, it was a new method/plan and so I will try it, it does sound promising and it seems like a lot of time and thought went into the program, however, the allowed food is extremely restrictive. I think it would be hard for a lot of people to do, even people who eat well to begin with.
I did not like the constant commercials for the bodyspace website. It may be an amazing website, I can't speak to that either, but in the beginning, the book did say that you did not have to use the website to use the program but it really did promote the website and how it would work in tandem with the program.
I have worked with trainers in the past the exercise bit seems a little simple, there are very few exercises that you are asked to do.
But this is worth a read, it might work for other people who can do with the restrictive diet.
It's awesome.... And Yes the diet plan can be followed with a little changes ...... It isn't impossible & Kris even explained that his program has vents for bendings.... The supplements are available so my advice... An Awesome Piece Of Work & Motivation To Follow...
I appreciate all the advice in this book. While it doesn’t consider everything, its understanding of the motivation for a healthy and fit lifestyle was well worth paying nineteen dollars to read the e-book. For example, what if you don't control the food choices in your household? This may sound like an excuse, but, if you're in your twenties like me relying mostly on dining halls for food, there's only so much meal planning you can do. But, Kris Gethin was quite wise in his understanding of how people fall into unhealthy habits and perpetuate them, and the way he describes a simple yet profound system of motivation is quite convincing.
Kris Gethin is an houselhold name in indian bodybuilding now and i am huge fan of his 12 weeks transformation daily video, actually when because of him only i was able to understand which exercise is for which body part, what to eat and what to avoid and of course the suppliments, so thanks Kris but i talk about this book i hardly understand it as much as i did in this 12 week's one.
